Justin Pepper was born on December 1, 1995, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. At the age of 2 his parents moved to Chapin, South Carolina. Justin was received in heaven by God on August 14, 2007, as a result of a tragic motor vehicle accident.
Justin graduated from Chapin Elementary School in May of 2007. He was unique in every way. Justin was kind and caring and always looked out for others. He was a member of Lake Murray Presbyterian Church where he was involved in the Youth Program. He was a supporter of Thornwell Children's Home where he donated his birthday gifts for several years. He also worked with the church alongside his Dad and brothers as a volunteer for GOoD Works.
Meet me at the Flag Pole
"Lake Murray Presbyterian Church Preschool and Kindergarten children participated in the National 'Meet Me at the Flagpole Day.' Lead by Shanna McAlister, they joined hands in praying for our country during their weekly chapel time. Justin Pepper assisted with holding the flag."

A Fabulous Friend!
Justin was noted as being a fabulous friend in his Kindergarten class at Lake Murray Presbyterian Church.
Justin was chosen as Student of the Month at Chapin Elementary in the 4th Grade for being a great friend.
Justin was chosen as Student of the Month at Chapin Elementary in the 1st grade for his excellent problem solving skills.
