JP5K Vendor Contract Agreement

SPACE RESERVATION:  Each space is 10 ft x 15 ft and is outdoors. 

There is no access to electricity.

Must provide your own supplies (tents, tables, chairs, etc) and electricity.

Deadline:  August 15 of race year. Spaces are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. 




Promo materials must be received by the Wednesday prior to race day.

The fulfilling of this agreement is subject to delays caused by fires, strikes, accidents, government regulations, or other causes beyond the control of the The Justin Pepper Foundation.  



I/We understand all requirements and will not hold The Justin Pepper Foundation, or any affiliates thereof, responsible or liable for accidents, damages to property or persons. 

No agreements or conditions excepting those written herein are regarded as part of this contract.
